Terms and privacy

Last updated on this deployment. Please read before generating a report.

Not audited, not certified, not legal advice. This service helps you produce a sustainability report following the structure of the EFRAG VSME Basic Module. VSME is a voluntary standard and no tool certifies it. The report this service creates is not audited and does not constitute legal advice. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your data and for confirming your own reporting obligations.

1. What the service does

VSME Report guides you through the datapoints of the EFRAG VSME Basic Module, then renders your answers into a structured, printable report together with a list of any required datapoints you have not yet filled. It follows the VSME structure. It does not audit your figures and it does not certify anything.

2. Privacy: what we store

To generate your report and send you the link, we store the email address you provide and the answers you enter into the form. Your draft is also kept in your own browser storage so you can return to it. We do not sell your data and we do not share it beyond what is needed to run the service. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

3. Your data, your responsibility

The figures in the report are the ones you enter. We do not verify them. Before you share a report with a bank or a customer, review the values and confirm they are correct and complete for your situation.

4. Availability

The service is provided on a best effort basis. It is designed to fail safe: if something cannot be reached, your draft remains in your browser and no data you entered is lost on the client side.

5. Payment and refunds

The first report is free. Paid reports are billed through our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record and handles invoicing, applicable VAT, and statutory withdrawal rights for customers in the relevant jurisdictions.

6. Contact

Questions about these terms or a data request: hello@innodigital.io.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the service and the underlying VSME standard evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
