EUDR GeoCheck validates a plot file against the published EUDR GeoJSON File Description version 1.5 and, on request, repairs the parts that can be repaired deterministically. It returns the errors it finds, a fixed file, and a change log of what it altered.
The validation tool does not collect personal data and does not store the file you paste or upload. Your file is processed to produce the result and is not retained. The tool sets no cookies and does not track individuals.
When you request a fixed download, we record the email address you enter so we can send you the change log and contact you about the service. That is the only personal data we keep, and you can request its deletion at any time.
The service is provided on a best effort basis. It implements the file rules as published and repairs only what is deterministic and safe. It does not invent missing producer details, plot areas, or projections, and it never claims to guarantee acceptance.
Paid plans are billed through our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record and handles invoicing, applicable VAT, and statutory withdrawal rights for customers in the relevant jurisdictions.

We may update these terms as the service and the underlying EUDR guidance evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
