einvoice-check validates a UBL, CII, or Factur-X invoice against a subset of the EN16931 business rules and returns a score with per-rule results and suggested fixes. It can also generate a minimal valid UBL and CII invoice from the fields you enter. Coverage is a readiness check, not the full rule set, and passing does not by itself make an invoice legally compliant.
The validator does not store the invoices you check. It processes the content you send and returns a report. It does not set cookies for tracking and does not collect personal data from the invoices. We keep only anonymous usage counts, such as which syntax was checked and the resulting score, so we can understand how the tool is used.
If you ask to be notified about the API, we store the email address you provide so we can contact you about the service. You can request deletion of this data at any time.
The service is provided on a best effort basis. It is designed to fail safe: an invoice it cannot read comes back as a clear message, never a crash, and nothing you paste leaves your report.
Paid plans, once live, are billed through our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record and handles invoicing, applicable VAT, and statutory withdrawal rights for customers in the relevant jurisdictions.
